Offered is a vintage 1940 set of Wm Rogers silver plate Desire pattern flatware 72 pieces and chest ship to lower 48 states only. Please view all pictures before bidding they are part of the description. This set is: 8-knives 9 1/4", 8-dinner forks 7 1/2", 8-deserrt salad forks 6", 8-cocktail- sea food forks 7 5/8", 16-tea spoons 6", 8-soup place spoons 7 1/4", 8-ice tea spoons 7 1/2", 4-serving spoons 8 3/8", 1-fruit spoon 6 1/4", 1-tomato server 7 1/2", 1-sugar spoon 6" and 1-butter knife 6 3/4" total of 72 pieces marked EAGLE Wm ROGERS STAR OVERLAID IS. The chest is made of wood 16" X 11 1/2" X 3 1/2", this is the chest I bought it in not sure if it is original. This silver plate flatware is in good used condition with normal wear but may need cleaned and polished, the chest is in good used condition with normal wear, they would be great to used or add to a collection.
