The sheer fabric is soft (like chiffon) polyester and the lining is silky poly, in navy blue with white tie dye looking vertical stripes. Not stiff, but rather hangs "floppy" (if you know what I mean). From the shoulder to the bottom is 26.5". Across the chest armpit to armpit is 26" across.
