Up for sale here is this power supply/protection board recap set for a Pioneer SX-1050. This is for FOUR individual circuit boards--the top power supply board AWR-103, the bottom surge suppressor board AWX-098, the bottom power supply B board AWR-104, and the top protection board AQM-090. This is all the parts you need to rebuild all four of those Pioneer SX-1050 boards. Often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes the following: Power supply A kit: 15 capacitors 13 transistors 4 zener diodes Power supply B kit: 3 capacitors Soft-Start board kit: 1 capacitor Protection board kit: 6 capacitors 7 transistors 10 diodes (one zener) These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are Panasonic FC, Nichicon, and Wima film caps at the correct uf ratings and the same or higher voltage ratings and the transistors are the correct OnSemi and Fairchild subs for the original transistors. The diodes are the correct replacement diodes and zener diodes. These are extremely high-quality parts, and they are what I use when I rebuild Pioneer gear. Parts for the different boards will come in separate bags (soft-start and power supply B are together) to aid in installation. I will include a surprisingly well-written instruction sheet, but this is a fairly complicated job, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron and a dim-bulb tester with a 100W incandescent bulb, as well as a little heat-sink compound.
