Up for sale here is this power supply board recap set for a Marantz 4400. This is all the parts you need to recap a Marantz 4400 power supply. Vintage Marantz power supplies were run pretty aggressively, and often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes all 17 capacitors, all 7 transistors, all 10 diodes, and one resistor. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are all 105° Nichicon, Illinois, and Panasonic FC caps at the correct uf and the same or higher voltage ratings. The transistors are OnSemi KSC2383YTA and Central TIP41C, which are the correct subs for the original transistors. This also includes replacements for the three dual diodes, the three high-voltage diodes, the four zener diodes, and the 150 ohm power resistor, which should be re-mounted higher so as not to cook the board. These are extremely high-quality parts, and they are what I use when I rebuild Marantz power supplies. I will include a surprisingly well-written instruction sheet, but this is a moderately complicated rebuild, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron and heat-sink compound for the TIP41C transistors. This kit may not fix your Marantz if it has other issues, but it will definitely help it run better. Please see my pictures for details.
