Up for sale here is this power supply board recap set for a Marantz 4230. This is all the parts you need to rebuild a Marantz 4230 power supply. Vintage Marantz power supplies were run pretty aggressively, and often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes all 5 capacitors, 2 transistors, and 6 diodes. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are 105° Panasonic FC caps at the correct uf and same or higher voltage ratings; the transistors are Fairchild/OnSemi KSC2383, and the diodes are 1N4004 and 1N4148 diodes. These are extremely high-quality parts, and they are what I use when I rebuild Marantz power supplies. Please take a close look at your power supply board before you buy this --almost all of them have 5 capacitors, but a few have an extra 220 uf 50v capacitor at C809, for a total of 6 capacitors. Let me know if you have this extra one and I can include it. I will include a basic instruction sheet, but recapping a power supply is at least mildly complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron.
